Choice of Beef, Pork or chicken- 2 tacos on corn tortillas with lettuce, tomato, onion, sharp cheddar cheese, superfood crema and served with a side of salsa 

 Salad Bowl

Lettuce and finely chopped kale, tomato, onion, black beans, and a dollop of superfood crema. Topped with tortilla chips and served with a side of chipotle lime ranch dressing.

 

Vegan Burrito

Black Beans, brown rice, finely chopped kale, nutritional yeast flakes, onions, chestnut mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and lions mane mushrooms, jalapeños, bell peppers, super guac, served in a flour tortilla with a side of salsa

Tres Hongos Quesadilla

Chestnut mushrooms, Lion's mane mushrooms, Oyster mushrooms, cheddar cheese, black beans, bell peppers, onions, nutritional yeast flakes, and finely chopped kale served on a flour tortilla with a side of salsa and superfood crema

 

Super-naan Taco

Al Pastor Pork- with lettuce, onions, finely chopped kale, cilantro, feta, super guac, served on a garlic super-naan with a side of salsa and topped with sour cream
